-3.6 lbs for total of 9 lbs for this challenge. will post more later. I add extra strength so I am short on time and trying to get to bed earlier. I dropped another size. So I was 1st place on our team and 2nd over all. Then I get a message today that there was a typo and I am 1st overall. Yay me.
