Mornings are harder than afternoons

I’m hungry in the morning. The afternoon and evening is often OK. If I calculate, there are more hours of ‘not eating’ between lunch and the evening meal, but it’s really the morning after breakfast that is hard for me. Around 10:30 until noon, I am really hungry and I need to find ways to distract myself. Maybe I need to change my breakfast. I usually have a smoothie (milk, oats, yogurt, berries). It’s very healthy and it has a lot of fiber. I think I will have to start packing snacks for the mornings. I’m worried about my cholesterol, it was borderline at my last check-up. Maybe hummus, or peanut butter. I’ll check Spark to see if I can find some other ideas.
