I was weighted at 2 different doctors offices. One was 7 pounds more than my home scale one was 4. So I have been adding 5 to my home scale. I have a second home "smart" scale in our gym that does water,bmi, and muscle too. I put new batteries in it today and will be using it from now on. My weekly loss for last week on (old scale) is 6.6lbs yea (water probably) ending weight on it with the 5+ added was 215.4 New scale NOW the one and only! Weight:213.6 lbs Goal this week 210
