Returning is a Challenge

I’m having a hard time getting back into the swing of things, but I have to be proud of myself for all the things I’ve done during my move!
I tend to let external stressers get the best of me; even though I am proud of myself for not going overboard.
I am sticking to healthier foods even if I’m not logging them, I bought myself fitness gear that fits (although I hate how it’s twice the size of what I used to wear), and if it weren’t for the rain I would be getting back in the habit of walking/running.
Also, I’m on Spark again.
My “MrManhattan” suggested meal planning. I’m so proud of him. Too often we find ourselves not knowing what to fix for dinner and having JUNK food because it’s easy. So today we’re going to sit down and figure out some food options for the week.
