I'm 10 pounds down from my original weight of 275. Woohoo! And the thing is- the way this is working for me- I actually feel like I can keep it off. I didn't binge again last night:). I can start to feel the positive effects on my body already from drinking water and quitting pop. My skin is clearing up and I feel much less bloated. Progress progress. I'm a happy gal today. I cant imagine how I'll feel after 20 or 50 pounds down! I cant wait to find out:)

    I love what you've said and you are so right! Those sugary drinks do taste good, but here's my visualization: a glass of plain sparkling water, then add several tablespoons of sugar and salt, and some chemicals to change the taste. Do I really want to drink that? Wouldn't I rather drink the sparkling water instead? YES!! The weight loss is great, but as you say, equally wonderful is the process of loving our bodies enough to nourish them instead of punish them. Go for it. . . you inspired me today!
