Having the determination!

When I first started my journey many years ago I had the knowledge and the tools to hit every goal. However, what was missing was my determination.

Having the tools and knowledge still did not help me to hit my goals. Now I have the determination to use the tools and knowledge. I am working on my flaws and am in no way perfect. I make mistakes on a daily basis and am picking myself up and dusting off my injuries. I will keep moving forward in the journey and will love myself no matter what. Hoices I make.

Loosing weight and becoming healthy is a journey, not a race. If you make small goals and Learn to maintain them before making more goals it helps you will your own battle.

    Great plan... always moving in the right direction, & making changes along the way. Our bodies get used to our habits(food & exercise plans) so we have to change things up every 6 to 8 weeks. Focus on the future, you've got this!
