GOALS FOR THE WEEK OF 7/14/19

My goals for the week of 7/14/19 are to-

-drink at least 80oz of water daily

-drink at least 32oz of water at work every night

-weigh & measure myself on 7/15/19

-study at least 90 minutes Monday through Friday

- set up my planner for the week

-make a workout schedule

-complete full body ST with weights 3 times this week

-intermittent fasting 5 days 16:8

-work at least 2 hours overtime everyday
