Weigh-In #4

I had to spend a couple of days recovering from bonfire we had where we drank a bunch of lady beer that tasted like cough syrup but was 14% alcohol so that's why I haven't posted. Fritzy and I laid in bed and watched a bunch of funny videos on Friday which was fun and then he went to his dad's and I basically did nothing all of Saturday but was finally feeling better by 10PM. So I weighed in and I'm getting back on track now. I'm going to have to avoid a friend of mine for a while because he has been flirting with me and nothing good can come of that. But anyway I was surprised by my results this week. I was expecting to do a lot worse this week.

Weight Lost This Week: -0.4 lbs
Total Weight Lost: +2.2 lbs
Lost almost half a pound this week which I wasn't expecting. I have been much more active, though, in general, even if I did spend a day and a half doing nothing this week and as far as eating goes I have been eating a little better lately, not as much sugar, which I'm sure helps.

lost a little body water. probably from the alcohol and too salty foods/not enough water this week. really have to start working on trying to raise my body water as it's way too low.

gained a little body fat, too. again, this is probably from the salty foods I ate, as I was eating a lot more salty foods this weekend after drinking and drinking powerade to try to recover.

Muscle Mass Gained: -0.8 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: +0.6 lbs
lost quite a bit of muscle this week. haven't been strength training and missed some workouts this week so that's probably why I lost muscle this week. need to work on being more consistent with workouts.

Even though I lost some muscle and gained some body fat, I still was able to lose a little bit of weight and so I'm happy with that. At least I'm seeing a little movement on the scale. I did better than I thought I would this week. Now just need to get back on track and really start focusing on my weight loss efforts.

    Lady beer? Never heard of that. I have been missing my happy hours, but I'm not missing the the calories that it would have added.
