Need Help with Cravings

Merry Meet Everyone,
I'm having cravings for Carbs that I just can't get passed. I really need to learn how to kill a craving before it gets to the point I give in to it. I'm trying to go to a Low Carb Diet so my cravings for Carbs are not my friend at this point. Going Low Carb is the hardest thing I think I've ever had to do. I don't know how to cook Low carb I don't know how to cook hardly at all unless it is from a box or bag.

I'm asking that anyone that reads this would give me your hints and tricks for killing a craving.

    Not all carbs are the same is what I discovered by tracking what I was eating. Pasta is a killer for me. Even if I stay within a correct portion, that cab caused cravings that are hard to stop before coming a binge. There are places I can not go. Bakeries that I do not cross the door.

    The fiber in barley might lower cholesterol and blood pressure in people with high cholesterol. Barley may also reduce blood sugar and insulin levels. Barley seems to slow stomach emptying. This could help keep blood sugar stable and create a sensation of being full, which might help to control appetite. It is a bit similar to brown rice.

    What I found out I only craved more carbs when I ingest a carb, what I hat was an obsession fro carbs which starts in the thinking. I did a lot of physical activities to keep my mind active. emoticon

    It is really hard to kill a carb craving but it can be done. Drink water so you're not so hungry. Have healthy non-carb snacks around and pick up one of them to eat instead of the high carb. Remember that you need the good carbs so substitute them.
