workout at home

I worked out at home today.. man! it was sweaty and intense, it’s been so long and i’m proud of myself even though i’m still a little shaky :) When you come from as far as i am, it’s like a miracle. I couldn’t believe it.. and it’s free! I’ll try to do it again, on the “cross training” days of 5k your way. Now I only have to decide to start eating better again, and do it ;)

    I played as a kid, certainly, but was never an athlete, never felt the good feeling you get from exercising hard, never experienced a runners high--until I was 58!

    Its a wonderful feeling, like a massage, relaxes you and helps you sleep. Keep it up!

    emoticon I am proud of you too. The shakiness will go away as your body gets used to exercising once again.

    One of the best decisions you make in life is to follow good nutrition. Take it slow and gradually work up until it is all getting done. You will be ecstatic when this is being done and you start feeling good once again.
