Went to see the movie 'Yesterday'. Not sure what I was expecting but I was a bit disappointed however both my son's liked it. I think I expected the music to sound more like the Beatles singing it. The end credits did have a song and I sat through all the credits just to listen. So did another older couple. Not a great movie but it was good and a few years from now when it is on TV, I'll record and watch it again.
Slept fairly well last night. Knee is still doing good. Not totally ok but 90-95%. Went to water fit class this morning. The instructor is good but I think it is easier to follow what she is doing if she wasn't in the water. I guess as long as I'm moving it doesn't mater too much if I'm not doing the exact same thing. It was sunny this morning but sounds like it just started raining.
Had oatmeal with raisins and sunflower seeds but going back to figs tomorrow. I also added some vanilla yogurt and think will add that again. Makes it so smooth and sweeter plus it adds protein. This morning my weigh-in was good so I am hopeful that the 8 # gain last week won't set me back too much but I also doubt that it will all be gone in just a week. Just keep drinking my water and eat on plan will get me to my goal. That is step one and will worry about step two once I get there maybe in 2020 and maybe a little longer. I do notice my smaller cloths are getting looser.
