Today had been a good day with working on my goals today. I post them on my Spark team pages in the morning and try to get everything done in the morning.
1. Walk for 30+ minutes
2. Pick up soda for hubby
3. Track what I eat and stay in the allotment for the day
4. Look for NSV
I had a busy week with 5 appointments at the health clinic. And my hubby having his birthday on Tuesday I was lucky to have any time to rest. We had caretakers for my disabled hubby every day but Friday and we will not have one on Sunday.
I joined the Summer 5% Challenge and am off to a good start at losing two pounds. I had done the Spring challenge and had lost a little over my 5%. I bought myself a reward of a bracelet but during the break in challenges put back on a little weight so not letting myself wear it. When the Summer challenge is over and I have lost my 5% again I will reward myself with that bracelet
