By Saturday my brain and body have begun to get very tired from the work weekend. I average about 5 hours of sleep between 13 hour shifts. Not nearly enough to recover properly. I think that is my biggest obstacle to overcome and no way to really do it. People say sleep helps with weight loss. Yeah I never get enough sleep. I have no trouble falling asleep, it is just having the time to sleep. I only get cat naps here and there. Being a single mom means no proper sleep ever. If I want any time to myself I have to get up early. That is my time of day. No kids to entertain or feed, just me. I get to play on internet, watch tv, exercise, do my chores, only what I want. It is my productive time. Only problem is it is early LOL like 5am. So I end up taking a cat nap in afternoon for around an hour, which keeps me up late, so cycle starts all over. I need to figure out a way to stop that. Going to sleep though at 9pm doesn't sound fun though.
