Week 1 at the new job done

My first week of work at the new job is over. Because of the move, I was eating at the cafeteria all week. I wasn't sure how everything worked at first so I was going with easy, obvious chooses. Those were not always the healthiest of chooses. There were only 2 days that I went way overboard. One trip to Burger King when I had a massive craving and last night when all I wanted was pasta, so I ate a whole lot. I haven't restocked the kitchen in the items that we let run out or threw away so we didn't have to move them. This and still having boxes to put away and trying to get over a very nasty cold is making it feel like it is really difficult to do anything right. Trying not to get discouraged but I am already really out of shape and overweight. I get tired and hurt super easily. I know that it is going to be a long slow process but all of these obstacles make it seem so much farther away. I know one day at a time; I just need to vent about this difficult journey.
