Don't eat back calories on your day off!

Ugh. It was a good week. Down 4.8lbs! Wow. Stayed on plan calorie wise, fasted 22+ hours everyday.
Then my day off comes and I lose my tight routine, hit with so much stress from far too many things.
I eat and eat a lot.
I won't lose weight if I just eat great all week and then eat back my difference in my day off work.
Granted it could have been a lot worse. But must try harder to stay focused and planned on my days off!
Thursday's fast was interesting. I messed up my schedule and so most of my fasting period I was awake right in the heart of it. Hunger hits hard. All I could think of was good food food! But I didn't eat. The hunger subsided. I was fine.
Hunger isn't an endless abyss. It will come and go. In that moment all you want is food but I'm not starving. I'm not even that hungry. I won't die.
It ended up being my longest fast so far at 23 hours and I think 10 mins.
Must keep a good routine.
