Now that I have really lost some weight I realize that I need to tone . I did my Treadmill today for 45 min. I did a 10 min ab workout and a 10 min arm workout. I am tried, I am sweaty and I need a shower. I have a feeling I am going to feel this tomorrow and I am supposed to go out I t all the results I am looking for Ae damned I WILL DO IT! Once again I have a great motivation to get this done. I am already feeling great. My arthritis is almost non existent. My sciatica is better. I have more energy. Being hyper that has never been a problem for me. I just want to fit back into the clothes I kept in my closet that I wore before I broke my foot.
