It’s the food that will get me. I don’t think low impact exercises will be a problem right now. I can walk on my way to work, I can swim near by and I can do light cardio at home. For now at least. There will be some low motivation day, but I still need to walk to my transport. But its the food I worry about. My latest blood test weren’t great. Blood sugar is fine, but cholesterol is border line. I need to find great recipes that are healthy, easy to make and cheap. Mediterranean diet seems great for cholesterol. Plus, I’m not sure it is really a diet, it seems more like a way of life and cooking with certain ingredients rather than others. But, am I crazy, or cheap Mediterranean recipes are hard to find? Stir Fries are much cheaper and quicker, but I am not the biggest fan, at least not what I make at home. So I’ll spend part of the weekend plan my meal for next week and see what I can do with my budget. I always like doing that. I’ll see what I can find.
