All You Can Eat... Enjoy!

If I were more energetic, I would take a photo of a bunch of bowls each with a different weight watchers 0 point "treat" in it to illustrate all the food I can eat mostly carefree. I would have a bowl of roasted cauliflower (roasted with only a spray of olive oil), a bowl of blueberries, a bowl of strawberries, a bowl of oil free roasted carrots, a bowl of baked zucchini (without oil)....You get the picture. I think I read in the new system you can even have some free roasted chicken breast. I'm sure egg whites are still points free. It's a lot of food...all for me!

I could not live on 0 points food nor should I. However, they make great fillers between and with meals. I roasted some cauliflower last night with some onion and a spray of oil and then snacked on it today. Ate the whole bag. No guilt. Just nutrients. I also ate a whole lotta blueberries. I snacked on some roasted seaweed too (1 ww point).

I'm not gonna lie here. If I go too overboard with the no and low point snacks, I will have a stomachache and other issues. So I have to listen to my body!

Onward I march toward my next weightloss goal. No idea when the scale will bounce down again, but I will stay the course regardless. This is a lifestyle not a diet. I'm here to stay!
