Bootcamp Check in and Etc

Despite a stressful few days I am coasting along surprisingly well without a lot of fuss from my inner brat. Bella sees to it that we walk at least once a day which helps, and while I'm already warmed up it isn't to hard to segue into the Bootcamp video. My energy is picking up and that adds momentum too. Today's Bootcamp was upper body and the video was short so I also did the one from Spark Your Body Bootcamp making a total of 14 minutes after our 30 minute walk. emoticon

My glucose readings have been as high as 140 this week! even though my carbs have been healthy and well within my range so I am dropping to 50-75 carbs a day until I can get back to readings in the 90's where it was before we traded trucks and Joyce died. I am not sure what the difference is, probably stress and not much exercise along with more eating out, but I wonder if my glucose monitor isn't wonky too. Compared to my doctor's it read 13 higher. It seems awfully inconsistent with what I am doing, too. emoticon

You deserve a medal if you read my ramblings to the end... emoticon
