Still on track

Still on track. Yesterday I ate as usual but today was different. I had a breakfast and lunch at work organized for a workshop. I tried not to overindulge. But it was still food that had obviously a lot of oil and had only one dish of vegetable that was not very good. So tonight I didn’t eat a lot. Only some bread and homemade yogurt spread. IAM a bit hungry (it is evening for me), but I think I will be ok. Tomorrow I’ll have my regular homemade recipes.

I also went to see the doctor. I fell and bumped my leg pretty bad on Tuesday. But now it is infected. The leg is pretty red and it hurts a lot. So I have antibiotic, anti inflammation and some pain medicine. Saturday will be better.
