The Heat is On
Friday, July 12, 2019
The heat wave has begun and I am just saying "thank you" that it is not triple digits. 98 is a bit too close though. After two days of this and not much in the way of cool temps overnight the house is now up to 80 inside. Tomorrow I will be blowing the 65 temp into the house in the morning as it is supposed to arrive about 6. I am not a heat person.
My day was good though. Client meeting first thing in Boise and I took Isaac with me. Afterwards we stopped off at Tim's office to deliver his lunch that he had forgotten on the kitchen counter and then we stopped for lunch on our way home. Once back I got busy on my paid work emails, watched a Christmas movie about an ice festival (didn't make me feel much cooler) before shifting to the jigsaw puzzle and then a heat induced nap.
Here's how far I've managed to get so far.
I'm about to need to get all the rest of the pieces out just to find those with the darker color and tower windows.
While I did my work and time on the puzzle Isaac was busy pulling up more of the utility flooring. We now have another truck load to take to the dump tomorrow. Thankfully Isaac will be back from time with Destinie about 10 so we can go before the worst of the heat hits.
Tomorrow Tim is planning to move the washer and dryer to their new location (near the black pipe you can see) and then more demo will happen.
Hard to believe this was our master suite a couple weeks ago.
