OK I am having a bit of fun trying to match the day of the week to a title LOL So past two days have been awesome fitness wise. I have smashed moving my body and burning calories. Between mowing and mall walking I didn't think too much about calories yesterday. I just ate healthy choices. Today back to watching what I eat. I am proud of myself for not giving into cravings. At the mall they had all these fresh pretzel places, like one in ever area of mall, and I so wanted one. Fresh baked bread is the best smell in the world. Part of me was saying go for it since I had done so well mowing, but I refrained because I knew it would be an empty waste of around 500 calories. I hung on until I got home then had a healthy meal full of fresh veggies. Then I just relaxed rest of the night.
Today after this I am going to binge watch a nit more on Amazon Prime but while I do so I am going to be moving around place, mainly walking in place or around my great room LOL is better than just sitting in my recliner. Not sure what I will do later. It is either too hot to venture out or too rainy LOL I know grocery store will be on to do list since I need healthy options for work weekend. Things I can grab to satisfy my hunger, but not fill up on calories. Those keep me sane. So far I have instant soup packets and little breadsticks and cheese. Both are 60 calories each. They fit easily into my locker at work. I need other ideas though.
