So, this is my office. You can see all but about two feet of it. This is the place I have done the majority of the exercise that helped result in better health, losing a few pounds, etc. Not a ton of space, but I try to use it as best I can. When you tell yourself, "I don't have time," "I don't have room," "I can't," keep in mind it is about desire. Possibilities are found in shifting how you see your world.
