Oh I really hope this picture comes out right side up--
When I'm on the I Mac, I cannot see the pictures before I post the whole blog-
Anyway, Son #2, the Air Canada Pilot, sent this picture about our bedtime---
We didn't respond, so, then he called to warn up that in about 2 hrs , a storm would hit us-
And it did!
And it was VERY close---
One huge crash of thunder woke me right up-- I knew it had hit something very close by--was hoping it might be our neighbours 45 ft deck, with the life-sized Mermaid on a swing--
(It did not tho)--
Usually these lightning storms hit trees and start fires. In this area, because there are so many really tall white pines--- like the one we took down last summer as it was so close to the house.
We live right on the edge of the Boreal Forest--a different eco system---
About 20 miles north of here, the tree line changes and there are no deciduous trees--only evergreens---
I just walked Tess, the German, (as in dog)- with the torn ACL---who had a very good night, in spite of the loud storm--
She was in her crate, which must give her security--
Her leg by the way looks good--no limp at all---but--she is on a "Guarded " patrol--not allowed to run too much, nor jump, with big Beau, the other German, as in dog-
Lord love a Duck!-It's an UBER day--- the last day of the week to drive "HIS" majesty , to his office--Praise the Lord!
--my favourite cartoon---
To-day I shall SPARK----
