Day 50 Week 8

Well here I am again. It’s been a minute. Went for my weekly weigh in missed last week and a week & half of going to the gym. 😮 I had twisted my ankle & then have a pain in the gluteus medial. But I did lose 4 pounds so yay!! Total of 20 down. I’m excited just gotta keep moving forward and not backwards. It’s really been tough these last 3 weeks. I just want to eat what I want & not have to worry about it. Wonder how some people just keep going and never seem to miss a beat? Oh well I know I’m gonna have to do this for the rest of my life. So what do they say. “Suck it up buttercup”.
God bless & keep on keeping on as my mom would say.. 😊
