Week 1 of challenge complete

- 5.4 lbs 575 cardio minutes, 140 strength and all 75 bonus points. I went back down a size in pants and they are loose already. I feel amazing. I added the strength which is simply Gilad videos with 3 and 4 lb weights. I round those out to 20 minutes by doing a few extra exercises. nothing more then very minor aches. I find my flexibility has improved. I have way more energy and smoother skin.
