The above picture is so true !----
So, coming up from the lake yesterday, I found Himself standing in our double garage, scratching his head.
"I can't find my best cane." he said.
"Well, you will never find it in here now." I replied.
Yu see, our garage resembles one of those storage lockers that I see on TV---
Son #3, the Policeman, is building a new house--has sold his present house, and all his excess outdoor stuff is in -----our garage---Presently there is a 4 wheeler in there and an enormous inner tube---with 2 trailers along the driveway.
"Why do yu think your cane is in the garage?" I asked himself.
Well, he doesn't know where the cane is----
The real question is, why do grown kids think this is a storage spot for all their toys?
I still have stuff in our crawl space belonging to son #2, the Pilot.
I try not to worry too much about the lost cane.
Usually lost things reappear in crazy places--in time!
And they reappear most times as soon as one buys a new whatever--
It's an UBER DAY----another day to take Himself to his office.
Lord love a duck--- so much house-y stuff to do-
Beau has his bones all over the living room --and Himself, without his cane---well, I need to pick these bones up---
I need to journal too-- journaling keeps the chocolate bars away---
The guy to empty the septic tank will be here later---
Isn't it surprising what a new day brings?
Oh and if any of yu happen to see Himself's cane, please let us know---
