Working too much! Suggestions?

Lately, I have been working through lunch, not taking breaks and racking in 11 or more hours a day. I also worked the last two Saturdays too. I have a long way to go before I get caught up. I am hoping this is temporary. I need to get in activity/exercise and find a way to suppress stress in short 5 or 10 minute slots during the day. I may need to find a way to get in lunch as snacks so my energy doesn't dip. Stopping for even 20 minutes is not possible right now. Any suggestions you can give would be appreciated. What has worked for you?

    oh I know exactly what you mean. I have the same type of job, where I am too busy and exercise goes to the Wayside. What I have found is good to do it's set a timer and go to the bathroom once an hour and do some simple exercises, i.e. 20 body squat

    Try taking a 5 mini break every hour. When you have to go to the bathroom go to the furthest one and do some sun salutation before heading back.
    I like prioritize one hard task then easy the hard.
