Working too much! Suggestions?

Lately, I have been working through lunch, not taking breaks and racking in 11 or more hours a day. I also worked the last two Saturdays too. I have a long way to go before I get caught up.
I am hoping this is temporary.
I need to get in activity/exercise and find a way to suppress stress in short 5 or 10 minute slots during the day. I may need to find a way to get in lunch as snacks so my energy doesn't dip. Stopping for even 20 minutes is not possible right now.
Any suggestions you can give would be appreciated. What has worked for you?
