One more day

Well, let’s face it, I felt hungry in the morning. Around 11am, I was really hungry and I didn’t want to eat my one snack. I was also hungry when I arrived home in the evening, but since it was nearly 8pm, I had a good reason. I drank a lot of water, more than 8 glasses. Which is a good way to make certain you get up every hours. That means I also closed all my rings on my watch. I also added a few dried grapes in the afternoon, but I counted them, so I don’t feel bad. OK, let’s see how all of this goes. Still lukewarm about the entire thing, but the few days are holding up. I am trying not to get too excited about everything and take on too much. I am only on one challenge. One thing though, I feel better than last weekend after eating the fried chicken!
