Am I at Maintenance

Today my weight is 160.2 (just a bit down from yesterday, and maybe a couple pounds down for the week). I'd like to be at 155, or even lower. With weight this close to the goal, I think I'm behaving like maintenance - simply good food choices and decent portion control. I know, however, from extensive experience, that my maintenance cannot include snacks. My meals cover my calorie needs and snacks only add unneeded calories.
OK. I know all that, but have not yet found a replacement for a savory, crunchy thing to chew on when watching a movie or other entertainment in the evenings. That's when the snacks loom. So I find this phase of weight management to be the most difficult. If I weighed more I'd be on a diet and watching for weight loss. But now I'm at the rest of my life stage and don't want to gain weight, maybe even lose some. If I track food carefully I find that snacks can amount to another full meal a day. Hardly what I need. Tough to manage, though. So I'll keep at it, and try to be smart about what I eat.
