Holiday weekend

I did terrible this weekend. I was off July 4/5 which lead to over eating because I did not have a routine. I will do better this week and and get back on track starting today.

    Don't beat yourself up, just use this as motivation for the upcoming weeks. And, while it's fresh in your mind, make a health plan for your next holiday!

    This is something I struggle with as well. I need to learn to manage portions even when I'm eating poorly. I think I will feel less defeated if I can keep some part of my eating under control. Thanks for sharing!!
