PEP TALK- my spark challenge

Today my spark challenge from spark coach was to give myself a pep talk. I must admit, I should give me a positive pep talk everyday.
It is just crazy how one can feel so good and positive, then something happens and, wham, you down and thinking negative things.
This is true with me when it comes to exercising and losing weight. I tell myself I'm enjoying exercising, I do like walking and my water fitness class, but then there are days I just want to slack off, even quit, but I haven't. I really need to do something about this dang sugar.

Anyway, so before this day takes off, I'm giving myself a pep talk and even if I'm not quite where I want to be with some of these, I believe I will get there:

I am strong
I am healthy
I am lean
I am full of energy
I am full of life
I am fit, firm and muscular
I am disciplined with exercise
I enjoy exercising
I am free in my relationship with food
I am free from food and from torment over food
I see myself at my goal weight
I have a fast metabolism
I am dedicated to improving my health and fitness
I am focused on achieving my fitness goals.
I am beautiful inside and out
I am enjoying a healthy lifestyle
I am secure I thou I am and how I look
