Do not be discouraged by my success.

I am working very hard to remove this fat from my body. I simply chose the Spark Diabetic plan and promised to exercise 10 minutes. That has turned into 70 minutes on treadmill and 20 strength. per day. I have only missed one day due to my blood sugar crashing. My reward for all this work is to no longer carry 15+ pounds on my body along with the weight I lost 2 years ago the total is 33+. The plus is because I got a lower number today. always wait a few day to make sure it sticks.
Anyone can do this. You choose what you put into your body and how much you move. If you want this you can. You can eat anything you want just log it and learn to eat proper portions. You can choose the high fat/carb mac n cheese or you can choose something else that will be more filling and healthy. I do not deny myself, but I am learning that the better choices have better rewards.
I am changing the part of me I don't like. Like excuses. Example placed in a difficult situation with not having good food options. I have to eat. I have diabetes and take medication. This situation is not an excuse to overeat and go off the wagon. I just ate smaller portions. I did not go over my calorie limits. Having a little not so good food did not hurt me.
If you want that mac n cheese dish yourself out 1/4 cup or save up calories and have a 1/2 cup. Just sit down and mindfully eat that serving. You will be surprised how much more you enjoy food when you are following a clean healthy plan.
You will also be surprised how fast the weight comes of when you stop kidding yourself and be true and honest to yourself.
A person at work made the comment that I must have taken a good poop. Please don't do that to me. If you want to be negative to another person who is having success then you really are disappointed with yourself. I deserve my success. I am working my buns off.
