Woke up in a great mood, looking forward to the day! I'm nervous excited for my first weigh in day on Monday, I know I've been working hard and even with a week I am feeling better not only physically but mentally as well. Keeping a journal helps a lot too. I thought I would be writing everyday though bu this time around I write when the urge strikes or when I come up with new recipes I want to try.
I love creating or looking for new recipes. I love the nutrition articles I can read. I've made a goal to read articles about health and wellness and in the evening I read nutrition articles. I like reading them in the evening because that is when I do my meal planning. I read to make grocery list when items start disappearing, and items needed for a recipe. I've been having a lot of fun, I wish Spark and the internet was around when I was a teenager I would have been doing this a long time ago instead of being told by doctors I need to go on a diet and take away everything I loved to eat!
