Making a change

I think I'm going to look at taking half the serving size of things because even with the calories I've burned which is around 350, I am having a hard time eating some of the meals and snacks I need to get all the calories I need during the day. Any advice would be helpful since I don't want to feel stuffed after eating, thanks in advance. emoticon
