I did 70 minutes on treadmill. I was afraid to go walk we were having passing thunderstorms. I did 20 minutes of strength. I have dusted off my old Gilad DVDs. I do one of them and then do push ups on my treadmill almost like walk push ups and leg raises to fill out the 20 minutes. I will get better, but it is a little disappointing. omg i have phone books. Does anyone even use phone books. I definitely have too much crap. The AC seams to be dying. So I have to call tomorrow. We were told last time it is time for an upgrade it is 20 years old. I am going to do some more treadmill just so I make my step goal. So far I am rocking the challenge. Day 2 of 63. I have to eat a few more veggies. I think this weekend I am going to make some stuffed peppers. I also want to try deviled eggs with Greek yogurt. they looked good.
