Goals for July 2019

well i stuck with eating more fruits and vegetables. The not eating desserts at work didnt last but a week (and calories dont count on vacation right?). Im spending more time outside but not sure if sitting on the deck with the ladies at work counts as exercise. But maybe getting bounced around on my bucking bronco of a John Deere mower mowing for 5 hours does on our partial rough land considering it gives steps on my fitbit :) I did get some drum playing in. Calorie counting was out but willing to give that another try but i think ill do better being more conscious of my food chewing . we'll see how that works at work by the time im sitting down to eat theyre basically looking for dessert. Although, that might go in my favor as well to get them dessert and skip it myself. (we're still working on the healthier desserts). So basically new month new start (again) at least im holding my own weight wise but still dont like what i see.
