Middle of the first week after weigh in!

I've been tracking everything besides my nutrition since last Wednesday but didn't weigh in until Monday since I wanted an accurate count! So with the fitness I've been doing even just if I just do 10 minutes, I'm feeling good and strong, not drained like when I started and I've been going to bed not feeling drained so these are positives or me. Haven't made any really big goals yet, because I want to focus on little things at the moment and I look at it this way those little things could very well make some really big differences in my life.
