Going to bed a lot earlier than my usual 2a.m. I am usually in bed now by 1130p.m. Working out at 4a.m. is a win for me. I can feel myself gaining more endurance and energy. I am feeling stronger. It's been 6 weeks, can't wait to see what the next 6 weeks bring!
