Tired but happy!

Long day, was up early as Nana had a neuropathy appt. for her feet today, but I did get to use the new sandwich/snack box and filled it with healthy choices and even brought crackers and peanut butter or crackers with cheese which ever we chose if we needed them which Nana did but I was still full from lunch. Had a nice chef salad for dinner and added a few carrots and applesauce with cinnamon for dessert and later if I need I can have a snack which might be some strawberries but so far I'm still feeling full. Water intake has been about 10 or 11 glasses due to the heat but other than that still walking at least 10 minutes a day and stretching in the morning and evening before bed. All and all I'm still taking it day by day. Have a get 4th of July and keep it Safe and Sane!!!
