Dear Crazy Voice inside my Head

I. AM. BACK. I have tried dieting, getting new gear, trying to follow someone else program and I didn’t get any where really. I sat down evaluated what I want and made realistic goals. I just want to hit 179. Then I will think of the next goal. I have actually lost about 10lbs and that was because I started doing my own things. Watched not only my caloric intake but quality intake. Instead of a Twix I had trail mix, instead of soda I had seltzer. Now I am throwing ST and cardio into the mix. I stop beating myself up. Life happens and will continue to happen til that last moment. I can’t control it but I can learn to adapt as it happens. If I want it I have to make tiny steps toward it. So here is to just doing something than talking about all the things I could do. Don’t talk about it, just do it ...

    Congratulations. When I weighed just over 200 lbs I decided that I would try and lose 10 lbs a year. Not that much but I thought it would be doable. It worked for 3 years and all of a sudden I realized I was 30 lbs lighter! The next 10 lbs took me 2 years to achieve. I have now reached my goal. It does take a while but I feel slow and steady is the way to go.
