Getting healthy

My weight has been a struggle for years, little did I know that my thyroid had something to do with it, last month I chose to not drink pop or eat junk food & I have stuck with it, since then with continuous exercise I’ve lost almost 10 1/2 pounds, I still have a long ways to go to be at the healthy weight I want to be at. I’m determined and I’m not losing focus, I pray about it everyday, and I will have the patience because when that day comes when I meet my goal it will be a great day!
