Putting this out there to keep me accountable........

Reasons to lose weight

1. To be fit, strong, and toned
2. To maintain my independence
3. To be able to do things for myself for as long as possible
4. Increase my energy level
5. To get into Normal BMI range and stay there
6. Improve quality of life
7. Set example for other family members

Challenge Goals

1. Lose 5 lbs
2. Increase dumbbell weight used for ST from 5 to 8 lbs
3. Do cardio a minimum of 30 minutes 5X a week
4. Do ST a minimum of 20 minutes 3X a week
5. Record all BLT's in journal/food tracker
6. Strive for 10,000 plus steps 5X a week
