Day 3 still going strong and meeting goals.I woke up not hungry which is unusual for me so I just had water and until 9 o'clock this morning. Each night I make one small goal for the next day or the next week. So far things are not comfortable but doable. Hope everyone has a great Saturday! emoticon emoticon

    A phrase I heard the other day at work was getting comfortable with being umcomfortable. That sunk in with me...sometimes we need to be uncomfortable before we get comfortable. ❤
