Goals & Gratitude 6/27/19

I am still tired and catching up on sleep. I think my body is still on East Coast time. I slept about 10 hours last night and got up around 10 AM. I was fine until 2 PM when I felt awful and tired. But I couldn't really rest as I had an appointment at 3 PM. I left the house at 2:45 PM but was still late but at least I got there. When I sat down in the chair, my therapist said I looked so tired and I agreed that I was. I had group therapy after that. I only stayed the first hour as I was so tired but at least I went. I was going to go to the market on the way home, but I was so tired, so I picked up fast food for dinner and headed home. I thought for sure I would go over my calorie range today as I ate fast food for both lunch and dinner, but I did manage to stay under according to the calorie tracker. Tomorrow I am determined to get up early to study and get to the market!
I didn't achieve my school goals today at all. I didn't do any reading for class beyond about 5 pages for one class this morning. I have two days to finish piles and piles of homework and I hope I can do it. I'm just going to have to get up really early the next two days to do it. The work isn't hard, it's just work I have to do. I did reach my exercise goals for today. I went to the gym and worked out with the trainer for 45 minutes. We're working on my core and leg muscles to help me improve my balance. Lots of squats and modified burpees. I meet him again on Tuesday, and then it's every other week. It was really good and my lower body is quite sore. I'm going to try to replicate the exercise routine on Saturday or Monday.
1) Read the three chapters for class.
2) Do the chapter 3 work for Management.
3) Do the chapter 1 test and the chapter 2 work for Business Ethics.
That's a lot and will take me all day.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) That my personal trainer pushes me but doesn't go overboard.
2) For AC. It's really stuffy in my house tonight.
3) That it's bedtime. I'm pooped.
