My husband's phone went off at 6am....it was one of his employees calling on my husband's day off. My husband declined the call, rolled over and went back to sleep. But not me! Once my brain is triggered I am awake, no matter what. No matter when I went to sleep or how tired my body is...some days I cannot even open my eyes, but I am brain awake!
So this morning, at 6am, I got up and immediately opened SparkPeople...reviewed my Challenge pages, completed some Challenge tasks, thought about why my weight did not change this week and how I can improve for the coming week.
We head out camping later today, we camp on Crown Land so no dedicated trails to walk on but there are gravel roads and quad trails I can use but usually don't. I have a TRX I can bring but I won't have internet. So I decided to go "old school" body weight exercises. I will walk and I will do the basics - squats, burpees, pushups, etc.
Its good to have a plan!
