Got back on track

So this morning was slow and I felt sluggish. Every night I write down the plan for the next day. For today I had:
Drink more than 10 glasses of water
Workout & stretch
Come up with a few meals for next week
I got home and felt unmotivated from the slow day at work so I sat down after eating dinner and just sat there debating with myself. I got up after only 15 minutes and started cleaning the kitchen and once I accomplished that task moved on to working out and stretching. Now I'm on here writing this blog and I will accomplish the rest of my tasks. Just a little push to myself and I accomplished what I set out to today. Taking this one day at a time and today turned out to be a good day even though I thought I would give into my old habits!
