My First Week Tracking

I've discovered some things this past week.
I found it more difficult to track food and exercise on the weekend, and that lasted into this week as well, because the beginning of the week was very busy. So I haven't paid much attention to what I've been eating or drinking, until yesterday.
I'll have to try again this weekend to keep on track.
Everyday is a new beginning!
