I've been on a world-class binge. Some times, we know what we're doing is wrong for many reasons, but we continue to do it. In my head, I believe that eating healthy means giving up all the foods that I love. I believe that I'm a junk food junkie and that I can't change.
Time to Shake My Head and Get Out of My Own Way!
I'm on Day 3 of putting my food in the nutrition tracker. Drinking water instead of diet soda. Cooking at home. No fast food or fried food. Eating more vegetables. Some day, I'd like to think of myself as a "healthy eater." Maybe if I keep doing it... my head and heart will start believing it.
Also, I've joined the 5% Summer Challenge. I calculated the amount of weight I'd need to lose (if the challenge started today) = 12 pounds. I'd like to weigh 12 pounds less by the end of summer so it's time to S-T-A-R-T.
