It's Hard to Take a Break

I took yesterday off in order to just focus on getting back on track and the day seemed boring and I didn't do as well as I'd hoped to. I had trouble with keeping my calories within range and that's what I'm going to work on today. I've been drinking more water which is good and taking my pills the way I'm supposed to be which also helps. Although after taking a break yesterday I got up this morning and right away started working on poetry and my outline instead of exercising which was what I had planned to do this morning. So I'm going to have to do some exercising later after I finish working on my writing to keep myself on track.
Nutrition is something I need to work on. I have gotten good at planning and tracking, now I just have to get good at following my meals plans. I think drinking more water will help. It's difficult, too, when I'm trying to quit smoking, but I'm sure the Wellbutrin will help with that.
I am working on getting back to exercise. I have a workout planned for today and of course will be going to karate this week. Doing small amounts at first will help me get back into the habit.
I've started meditating again but it's harder for me to concentrate since it's been a while since I've done it. Will get back in the habit soon, though.
Don't really have much news today. Just that it's hard to get started with fitness/health again when there's always something new to write. I will get back in the habit, though. It will just take a little time.
